Not sure what to say?

Working with Bob was both an honor and a pleasure.

Charlie and Pamela Simpson send our condolences to Bob´s family. While we knew Bob for a short time, we instantly understood his service and integrity. He was a great soldier and man. With sympathy, Charlie and Pamela Simpson

Bob Andrews was a wonderfully kind man. I worked as a hostess at Martin´s Tavern, where he was a regular patron. He never spoke of his achievements. He always seemed more interested in hearing about my life, and the lives of the other young folks there. I met Bob when he was a special advisor to Secretary of the Army, Pete Geren. He was so nice to me and a great mentor. I love seeing the photos of him in uniform from the 1960s...what a great Soldier and officer! Best wishes in Heaven, Bob!

My condolences. May he rest in peace and may God bless his family during such a difficult time.

Even as a young, brand new Lieutenant reporting for his first duty assignment, I knew I was in the presence of someone very special when then Captain Andrews assumed command of our unit. He instilled pride and esprit in each of us. Even as our career paths took us in different directions, Bob was always there as a friend and mentor offering advice and...
