my deepest sympathy to you. Howard will be miss so much. his disability did not hinder his humor always trying to play jokes on everyone. he always had a big smile on is face. you did a wonderful job taking care of him and keeping him in his own apartment. it is because of you and the help you hired that gave him such a long life.
may he rest in eternal peace with your other passed family.

I am so sorry to hear of Howie's passing. Its been a while since I've seen him, but I'll always remember the day I met him (45 years ago). Back then he drove the Blue Fury III with the license plate, Burkee. So many memories were created thru the years.
