Not having known Howell but experiencing his parents in our work for them at the family home in Camp Hill, it is clearly understandable that he was the honorable man that he was. May his loved ones know the peace that passes understanding.

Howell was one of the best bosses that I ever had. Not only was his technical acumen unsurpassed, he had a heart of gold. He will be sorely missed.
