I remember Mr. Halsey from many years back . He was a scout leader for my son Steven. He was always helpful, smiling, and a good influence on the people around him. His tall son Hugh was also in the troop. Sad to hear of his passing. My sympathies to his wife Kathy, son Hugh, his friends, and his church. He was a good man. Kathleen Warner
