To the Franklin Family,
May time and cherished memories gently ease the loss you bear as the comfort and understanding of others help your sorrows fade away.

I am very sad on this day. Tommy was such a great man. I met him when I started reading water meters twenty four years ago. I would always stop and talk with him. He always wore a broad smile and made you feel better for having spent a little time with him. Rest In Peace Tommy. I will miss you.
