Isabel Clare Rossey

To Isabel Rossey's family- I never met Isabel in person loved when she would call to let me know she'd made it another year. She was so excited when she reached 100. FYI: It's because of Isabel that I started the 90+ Birthday Club in each NBS Bulletin, beginning in December 2018.
