Not sure what to say?

Ivan was problem one of my favorite people I´ve had the pleasure to know. We we´re parishioners at St. Patrick´s for a couple decades, and our children attended the school for several years. I also enjoyed working with him there. He got me an incredibly wonderful job as a baker at the Grist Mill, as he knew Don pretty well. I didn´t know he passed until today, so this new is just heartbreaking. Such a gentle, kind-hearted, with an amazing sense of humor. I´m sure he is greatly missed.

I've known Ivan since about 1968 or so, we went back a long ways. Always so much fun to be around, do thing with. He will be greatly missed by many of us. Dave Sherburn, from Scottville, MI

First ever 2 time Bean Soup Champ @ Sand Bar, Sand Lake! Missed Ivan when he quit entering! Great Person!!!

It was a privilege to spend so many of my "growing up" years having Ivan as a long time family friend. His kindness and generosity to people of all ages was so helpful to the younger group at the family outings he attended. He taught us to have the best time possible and provided so many entertaining stories! His legendary laugh and constant pursuit of fun are what stands out the most. We'll miss you, IJ!
