Not sure what to say?

Jimmy was one of the best officers i served with. As a young LT and forward observer in the 181st, then CPT Wilkey was the Liason Officer one summer at Shelby and was a pleasure to work with and for. As a Battery Cdr, he was a soldier's soldier. Kind, patient with everything and everyone while he coached or led. RIP Sir

Jimmy a good person, he will be missed.

When i joined the National Guard, I was sworn in by
CPT Wilkey. The beginning of a long lasting friendship
as well as a brother Mason. My thoughts and prayers
are now with the family. It was an honor to have served
with Jimmy in Desert Storm. Many words could be said
about Jimmy throughout his life but a few would be
that He Was An Officer and A Gentleman. Jimmy was
"A True Patroit". Rest In Peace Jimmy.

It was a pleasure to serve in the military with Jimmy , He was a good man.

My condolences, such sad news.
