Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to hear of his passing.
Jim was my first manager in the computer business. He was my mentor and he taught me much. When I speak to employees who work for me I always mention his name and say he was the best manager I ever had and someone who truly cared about each individual that worked for him at Mohawk Data Sciences.

He will truly be missed by all the people he touched.
