Not sure what to say?

We will always remember Father Pugh's generosity! His frequent last words to us when we visited him were: "Now, let me know if there is anything I can do for you. " He meant it! Father Pugh poured out his life for others, following in the footsteps of Jesus. God bless you, faithful priest! You are once again with your wonderful parents and many friends, especially Sr. James Grace.
Our love and eternal gratitude,
Gary and Cathy Whitlock

He was such a lovely priest. He baptized our second daughter and gave first communion to our first daughter - a kind gentle giant. Rest In Peace.

Father Pugh's patience, caring, prayerful, kind, loving soul will be missed by so many, may he rest in peace in the arms of our Lord.

There can be no greater among us than a true servant of the Lord. Father Pugh was a true humble, faithful, devoted, gentle, even serene and loving servant of the Lord. We thank God for him and for the opportunity to have known him and learned from him; a child of God become a servant to God's will. Amen. May he rest in peace with his Father in heaven. He will be remembered and missed by all that knew him; especially my family.

He was the most kind and gentle man.

I have known Father Jim since his days at IC. I consider him a very good friend. He helped me through a very difficult time. He is truly a holy man and a gift to all who knew him. He will be greatly missed. PatMoelder Hass

Father Pugh was one of the most caring and strong leaders we ever had as a Pastor at St Andrews in Lexington, Tn. He accomplished more in 3 years than can explained here. God Bless and Rest in Peace Father. John and Peggy Marcinik, Lexington.

One of the most caring of the priests that we have had the pleasure to have at St Andrews in Lexington as our Pastor and Religious Leader. Rest in Holy and Blessed Peace Father and Friend. John and Peggy Marcinik.

He was a kind soul and good teacher.
