James was a very intelligent and strong minded individual. I didn't know him long, but in the amount of time I did know him, he had an impact on me. I would love driving through town trying to locate the backpack man (known as James). When he would stop by my office he would always come in with a smile on his face and a story to tell. I enjoyed his stories very much and always wished I had the time and motivation to do so many things like he had done. We shared an interest in the many...

One of the most considerate,patient,good natured guys I've ever had the honour of meeting. He was a unique personality,who had an immense encyclopedic knowledge on a lot of topics. Our meeting was brief,yet highly memorable.

James was an amazing man and one of the most intelligent well rounded human beings. I will miss him dearly.
