So sorry to hear Jay has moved on. I'll miss his witty humor and above all his laugh. I'm thinking of fun tiimes at Lincoln High, Bath house, Lincoln Park, and Dave's garage. Fitzwater Family,

Thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time.
I worked with Jay for several years at the parking lots, and will miss his quick witty comments, and sense of humor. He always pitched in when asked and seldom complained.
Jay will be missed and never forgotten.
