Born May 30, 1970, passed away December 30, 2009.
Loving father of Dylan, Tara, Ryan, Delaney and Nolan; survived by his father, Lincoln Callahan, his mother, Joyce Forillo, his sister, Kim (Sean) Callahan-Kelly, maternal grandparents, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jeff grew up in Lemont, IL, attended Lemont High School, and was a member of Local 150, working in the family business. Jeff was a member of the Downers Grove Masonic Lodge.
Funeral services Tuesday, January 5, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at the Markiewicz Funeral Home, P.C., 108 Illinois Street Lemont. Interment Fairmount-Willow Hills Cemetery. Visitation Monday 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Markiewicz Funeral Home, P.C.

I know it's been many years but I did not want to let any more time pass without telling you how sorry I was to hear about Jeff. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this sad time. I have so many memories about being at your house when we were kids and Jeff following us around. He will be missed by all who knew him.

I was deepley saddened by the news of Leon's death.There was never a dull momment when you were with him hanging out.I never have forgotten the friendship that I had with Leon. My heart and my prayers go out to all of his family. Leon will be greatley missed.

I was deepley saddened by the news of Jeff"s death. When i moved to Lemont several years ago jeff was my first friend. Jeff was indeed a class clown. Our hearts were saddened when we heard the news that Jeff had passed. My husband, Will has known Jeff and his dad through work. I came to know Jeff through my husband and we attended his wedding to Jessica. Without realizing it when we moved to New Lenox, Jeff had also moved here into our neighborhood.
