Jeremy R. Dorsey, age 30 was born on June 6, 1990 and departed his life on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. He was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA. and attended Joseph S. Clark Senior High School. Jeremy was the son of Barbeath Dorsey and Bobby Nelson, Sr. Step-son of Kobin Wright. Brother of Bonnie Nelson (her twin) Bobby Nelson, Jr., Karen Nelson (her twin) Kevin Nelson, Latonya Brook, Nettie Dorsey, Felicia Farcell (Quinton), Bobby Rickey Dorsey, Eugene Smart (Michelle), Gregory Dorsey, Anthony Dorsey (Alexis) and Leo Dorsey. His Partner, Tarence Rudolph. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by 1 brother Jerry Dan Dorsey, Grandparents, Ethel Mae Dorsey and Mack Cushine Berry. Due to city and government regulations, only a limited number of relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Gertrude Geddes Willis Funeral Home, 2120 Jackson Avenue at 12:30 p.m. Visitation from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Private Burial. Prayering for strength and comfort for the days that comes ahead. Jeremy was a great person. I met him in Mobile and we discovered we had some relatives in common. I loved his spirit and his personality. He was always ready to dance when I came around. He will be missed and again I give my condolences to you all.
