Not sure what to say?

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I've known Coach since we were in grammar school. He made me laugh all through high school. He always wanted to be a coach and he was a great one. He will be missed.

Annette, Lee and Wendy - I was so sorry to learn that Jerry had passed away. I first met him when you kids rode my bus. I will never forget the look on his face when I told him that "Wendy's sit-down button is broken and can you help me with this problem?" He grinned and assured me that he could! And he did! You know he's in a better place today free from pain. May God grant you Peace, Strength and Rest at this difficult time. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Annette,
Jerry will be missed by all who knew him. He was always such a fun loving kind of guy with a great sense of humor. May God's love surround your family during this sad time and help you through.
Sincerely,
Rose and Kevin Farnell

I had the honor of playing for and learning from Coach Gartman back in the early 80's at CHS. A quiet yet powerful teacher both on and off the field... You made a difference Coach. Love and Peace to the family.

He was a good man. Enjoyed playing basketball on Sunday afternoons. He always like taking home the belt. He will be missed.

From old MGM football player . Prayers for the friends and family . RIP Coach

Uncle Jerry always made me laugh. He was the funniest Uncle I've evr had. He was a great man! I will miss him very much! God bless Aunt Annette, Lee, Wendy, Lexi, and Braedson.

Growing up from an early age til around 13 I had the honor of being his neighbor. He was a very kind man and always willing to help. He has touched many lives and shall he never be forgotten.
