Mr. Gutwetter was my 5th grade teacher in 1964. He started me on the road to lifelong love of learning. While I was suffering from epilepsy and its social stigma, Mr. Guttwetter helped me focus on academics. My family and I will never forget him. We are so sorry for the loss. I am sure that he is teaching still.

I had the honor of teaching with Jerry for many years in Saddle Brook. He was a man that was always true to his word. He loved his students and always gave his all so that they could have the best education possible. My heart goes out to his family and friends.
