Not sure what to say?

Michael, your dad was such a wonderful person and always had such an encouraging word to say to all of us "girls" at CP&L! I worked with him for 18 years and I am so thankful that I got to know such a wonderful man! I'm sure you will miss him! You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Mike sorry to hear about your father. I remember how we used to race to ride in the back of his truck after JV football practice across from the West Building. He was a good man.

GHS Class of 1977

I didn't know Mr. Guy had passed away until last night. He would come over to our family get together a at the Sutton home and I enjoyed his talks and laughter. A dear sweet man...he will be missed!!!

Mike, I am so very sorry for the loss of your dad. Junior and Ann were always my favorites of the Presnell clan. I remember him as always being kind and funny. Good memories of him will stay in my heart.

Mike I am so sorry to hear of guy,s passing he was a very good man. I enjoyed all the time we spent working together. I am sorry I couldn't attend his funeral service I didn't know when it was, but he will always be a good memory and friend .

Michael, your dad and mom were great friends of my mom and dad. Guy always referred to dad as "Big John." I remember all the cookouts and times we were all together on "rook" night at each other's home in Goldsboro. The CP&L cookouts were a lot of fun. When dad passed, Guy made a point to stay in touch with mom and make sure she was doing ok. The four of them are having fun now and talking about old times. We all had great parents and great friendships. God bless you and your family.

Mike, I worked with your Dad at CP&L for 20 years. He knew my family and he ALWAYS looked after me. He ALWAYS talked about you, Ginny, Allison and Chris. He was so very proud of each of you. He will be greatly missed. Each of you are in my thoughts.

Sorry to hear of Guy's death. He was always sharing a good joke at the office.
He always had a smile for everyone.

Mike, You had a great dad. I will never forget him and you and all the fun we had going to get oatmeal cookies and Pepsi's at the Rollins little grocery store. I saw him twice Monday and he seemed fine. He was always so nice and always spoke kindly to me and was good to my mom while they were there at the assisted living home. I will have you and your family in my prayers. God Bless you.
