Jo Nell Askew Lauw

Mrs Askew was my favorite high school teacher at LaGrange Senior high. She was energetic and fun. We became good friends, she wanted me to go into physical Ed in college because I enjoyed her classes so much, even offered to help me get a job once I graduated. I became an elementary school teacher instead but my love for P. E. remained. I thank her for her positive influence on my life. She was a wonderful role model

Jonell was my PE teacher at LaGrange HS. Later in life we were friends. My thoughts and prayers are with her families. She was a great lady and will definitely be missed by many. She touched the lives of so many people throughout her life and was a positive influence on all. Rest In Peace.

Mrs. Askew was my very favorite teacher ever! She was a ray of sunshine.

Im so sorry that Rusty & I are out of town this weekend and wont be able to attend visitation and service. We loved JoNell and we love all the family. Our prayers are with you all! Gale... you did a wonderful job taking care of your mom! We are especially praying for you as you go through this time of grief and adjustment!
