Joan Marie Schmelzer
Joan Marie Schmelzer, age 71 of Murfreesboro, died Sunday, June 24, 2012.
A native of Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Genevieve Kopydlowski Lizak. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Eugene Schmelzer, Sr.
Mrs. Schmelzer is survived by her children: daughter, Barbara (Stephan) Nutter of Smyrna; her sons, Richard Schmelzer, Joseph Schmelzer, both of Murfreesboro, Ronald Schmelzer, Jr. of Washington DC; and her four grandchildren, Alexandria, Courtney, Collin and Allison Etheridge.
Mrs. Schmelzer was a member of St. Lukes Catholic Church.

Joan was such a wonderful lady and an absolute sweetheart. I will so miss her smile and hugs at St. Luke. Prayers continue for her and my deepest sympathy to the family. Rest in peace, dear friend!
