Jody was my SAU basketball brother. He played with a passion and blue collar tenacity the was infectious to his teammates. I can´t tell you the number of times we locked eyes during a game right before he threw me a lob dunk! Jody was my friend on and off the court. We all were a part of the basketball fraternity "Hoop Phi" and I think Jody secretly would have liked to be an Omega as well, lol! (Pic attached). I last saw Jody a few years ago in the gym where I was Principal in Bossier...
