Not sure what to say?

JACK AND I WOULD GO TO FRIENDSHIP HALL WHERE DOC PLAYED THE DRUMS IN A 4 PIECE BAND, AND HAD DONUTS AND COFFEE WITH HIM ON SATURDAYS MORNINGS HE WILL BE GREATLY MISS. HE MADE HIS 100 BIRTHDAY.

Doc brought us laughter, wisdom and patience. His continued affection for his friends and fans will be sorely missed.I met Doc and Greg through my husband, and am grateful for the time I was allowed to spend with them.My heart is full of love for him and filled with prayers for Greg.

Doc will be forever remembered for his talent, intelect, and his quiet and respectful treatment of all the people with whom he came in contact. His willingness to assist those in need without fanfare or acknowledgement will not be forgotten. A great life lived and a great friend remembered.

My partner Tom and I dealt with "Doc" and Greg only briefly, my having made contact with them through the MCC church. He was an awfully nice fellow. I'm surprised he was "only" 91, for, when I first met him, I was told he was around 90 then, and that's a few years or more ago; but I guess when you get to be his age, you are "around 90," no matter which side of that figure you're on. How lucky was he to have enjoyed for so long what seems to have been good health. Here's to your loving...

"Buddy", as we knew him, was a loving, fun uncle who I enjoyed being with very much. He kept us in laughter and very entertained. We were able to be with him on many memorable occasions in Pine Bluff, New York and Florida. I learned alot from him about life as well as playing the drums. He gave me "Minx" the terrier dog I grew up with in Pine Bluff.
We always enjoyed going to his "gigs" with him on our visits. He was quite a guy and we will miss him very much.
