Mr. Williams was a wonderful man. My brothers and I grew up next door(McLeod residence) to him and his wife. We we're probably the reason he put up the fence. That big back yard was irresistible to us kids. Mr. Williams was always kind to us even when he was shooing us away. He was even kinder to my children and especially my youngest daughter.
