Not sure what to say?

Tracey, Brad & Cindy. Stephanie and I were so sad to hear of your dads passing. We were glad we got to see him for his birthday party recently to add to the already lots of fun times & especially great memories that will remain with us forever! Hugs, thoughts and preyers to all of you and your families & thanks for sharing your dad with all of us!

I grew up across the street from John. I was just a young kid then but I remember he was the cool guy who had a T-Bird with a built in record player. He was always so nice to us.

Way back at Alger Elementary School in Grand Rapids, John was a leader, good athlete and organized our Little League baseball team. One of the teams we played against had Mikey Stanley who later played 15 years for the Detroit Tigers including winning the World Series.

Dear Tracey - I was sorry to hear about your father´s passing. Please know that I am thinking about you and your family.

So sorry to hear about John. We worked at Michigan National Bank at the same time although in different departments. He was always very pleasant. May he rest in peace.

Reading the obit ,I see that John retired from Meijer ,however I remember him working for Eberhard Foods in 1965- 1966 and he was truly one of the "good guys" Rest in Peace John ---Rest in Peace

I am happy to have had the privilege of meeting Uncle Johnny ( that is how I knew him, he was my son in-law's (Rick Swanberg's uncle). He was such a gentleman every time I seen him and was a true Uncle to Rick and Jody , Jodys favorite Uncle even over any of her own uncles, that is really something to be said. My heart goes out to the family, lean on your memories and he will always be with you.I am so very sorry for your loss.
