John Moran Obituary
On April 30, 2017 John Michael Moran; beloved husband of the late Betty Moran; devoted father of John P. Moran, Michael V. Moran, Robert J. Moran and Robert J. Wright and step children Mary Drozd, Pete Hildebrandt and the late Patricia Partoza, Elizabeth Schulz and David Opszentkowski; dear brother of Lee P. Moran, Rose A. Lubert and the late Joseph E. Moran; loving Pop Pop of 6 grandchildren, 12 step-grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; he is also survived by many other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5-7 pm and on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Friday at 10:30 am at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Interment St. Joseph Fullerton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his honor to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.

To Rob and family of Mr. Moran, our sincere sorrow for your loss. Jim and I, Candy,had the pleasure of knowing and sharing thoughts and love with Rob and Mr. Moran, two of the finest gentlemen we had the honor of knowing. Every time Jim and I were at the dialysis center together, with Mr. Moran and Rob, it was quite kind and sort of otherworldly, with the goodness that father and son expressed on a daily basis, regardless of personal hardships, was "in the image and likeness of God". Thank you Lord for letting us share our time on this earth with two of the best men we have ever known.
