Very sorry to hear of John Norris' passing. He was a great guy and a trusted associate for a number of years when I was working with the Louisiana Police Chiefs Association and the Louisiana Clerks of Court Association. John was known and respected/admired by a great many people, and was a brilliant insurance expert with a vast knowledge of the profession. I will always cherish the time we spent working together.

I worked with Mr Norris many years as he was our consultant for the St Mary Parish School Board. He was a man of great honor and integrity. He was very skilled in his profession and I will not forget him. Rest in peace my friend.
