my sincere condolences to Karen and the family regarding the passing of my friend Jack. You can all take solace in knowing that his family meant everything to Jack.
It seems impossible to think that it is almost 40 years since Jack was promoted to Sergeant and assigned to SP Rhinebeck and we became partners. He was one of the most conscientious individuals I ever worked with and his dry sense of humor added to his success as a leader.His infectious smile will be long remembered
