Read MoreI was Helen's neighbor for 9 years; we were so happy when John moved back to our street, and I was so happy for him to move back to family in PA (I grew up in northwestern PA). I am so very sad to hear about his death and my heart goes out to his family, who will surely feel a huge hole in their lives for some time to come.

MR. ROBB SOUNDS LIKE A MAN WITH GREAT COMPASSION AND INTEGRITY. WHAT A BLESSING HE MUST HAVE BEEN IN ALL OF YOUR LIVES. I AM SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS.

We will miss John's smile and his wonderful temperament. John rented a home from us for several years where he raised his own rent annually; he didn't want to take advantage of anyone in any way.
