Grandpa Joe, thank you for teaching me to fish, and even showing me how to clean the fish that we caught. I will miss our trips to the Aquarium of the Pacific, and then going to Bubba Gump's and eating their Bucket of Trash.
It meant so much to me when you spent a day teaching me about computers and then actually building one together.
I was so glad you came out to see me win the 200m in my age group. I was sad you could not make it to the finals, and missed me winning gold in the 100m, the 200m and the 4x100m relay. But when you got the texts after each win, you texted back how proud you were and how sorry you were not there in person. Grandpa I love you and will miss you.
