I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Joseph DeLucia, my high school principal. Mr DeLucia had such a profound influence on my life, both while in high school, and then throughout my adult years, as I could often hear his voice guiding me through difficult situations. He was a great mentor, always taking the time to get to know his students at PHS. For me, this was especially true when I had a life-altering accident during my senior year. I am so sad to hear of Mr. DeLucia's passing. He was such a nice man and an awesome principal. I have very fond memories of my high school years in Pawling thanks to Principal DeLucia. I wil always remember him with a smile.
