The first time I met Joe, he was on a bike riding double with Bobby and they almost ran me over! I remember hanging out at the "rez" with him where his athletic ability was evident as he would do backflips off the board. We would all gather at the "Y" for socializing, and if we went anywhere else, we would usually get in trouble for being too loud!! My heart is saddened on the passing of Joe. I grew up next door to the Pashko family, and in those early years on Chestnut St. we all played baseball. Joe at a young age always had the talent of someone well beyond his young age and I felt he was a just a natural ballplayer.
