Not sure what to say?

An avid horse rescue volunteer and retired EMT. We were such kindred spirits. You left our world too soon.

Such a positive force in the rescue and rehab of our beloved equines. Judy, you are misssed.

You are gone from this earth, but not forgotten.

I met Judi through the Equine Rescue League and she has been a dear friend and neighbor. She and I decided in a conversation one day that God had put both of us here, along with many others, to take care of his animals. That was our purpose and we knew that is where He wanted us. Well, now God has called Judi home to take care of His horses in heaven. I love Judi with all of my heart and miss her e-mails and caring words. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

KIM AND KHRIS, I AM SO SORRY ABOUT YOUR MOTHER. PLEASE IF THERE IS ANYTHING I CAN DO, DON'T HESITATE TO CALL ME. LOVE, JUDY

Judi was a ray of light; a woman of courage, strength and conviction. We spent some wonderful times talking of animal rescue and the wonders that love can accomplish. We will all sorely miss Judi's presence in our lives. My prayers are with her family. I hope that sweet memories will bring you peace.

I first met Judi in July 2005 when she came to visit our farm for the Rescue League. That was a wonderful 2 hour visit that ended in hugs. Judi knew that I was not the most knowledgeable horse person but my love and concern for them was greater than most. When I came to the QB to help out she welcomed me with open arms and showed me the ropes. The e-mails...OH the wonderful e-mails that I would get almost daily, how I miss those. As I get on HWY 421 in the mornings on my way to work I...

When I think of Judy, I think of a rainbow. While her heart spread light and joy to everyone she met, the true brightness of her spirit was evident the more I got to know her. She gave so much of herself, and made the lives she touched that much better for having been there. The bond I felt with her was one of a sister, and I will miss her deeply. We shared a lot of happy moments together, and it is with joy that I can look back on those times, and know that Judy was an angel in my life.

A lady of courage, inner strength and determination, with a kind and gentle heart. I looked for her little green truck to pull in my driveway last night saying, " Its OK Dollin, I'm here, I've got it, ya'll just go on to church." She would blow in like that ya know and give hugs and encouragement. Offer opinions and tell it like it was. I so respected this wonderful soul. She often talked of retiring and the trips she had planned, the horses she loved, the animals she cared for and the family...
