Sincerest sympathy to all the children of John & Judy Wack, and particularly to Ed Wack, whom I knew at Holy Cross. My dad, Ray Wach, was John's first cousin. My grandfather, Edward Pierre Wack of Pique and Dayton, Ohio, was the brother of Carl, John's father. The Wacks were a smart, strong and thoughtful group, exemplified in John & Judy. We are praying for all of you.

Judy Wack was a great inspiration to me. She helped me understand that learning is fun. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to her about my classes when I went back to school later in life. She helped people pursue their passions. What a gift!

"Steady on Judith"

Judy was really the first to welcome me to Good Counsel in 1974. As our departmental aide, she held the department together in an age of very open-formed scheduling. We relied on her a lot to greet students, to access language tapes, and to print and collate, but she was just our equal and a good friend. She was bright and had a wonderful personality and a ton of patience, having had such a large family. Our female aides were our anchors in the 1970s and 1980s. Good Counsel was still...
