Julian Rogers Obituary
Julian was beloved and a person of deep faith. He is survived by his parents Juliet and Julian Richard Rogers Jr., his sister Kelly Rogers, his four grandparents Elizabeth and Julian Richard Rogers Sr. and June and John Boyd Sr.. Other survivors include his aunts and uncles, John Jr. and Kira Boyd, Lee and Jack Boxman, Amy and Peter Chauncey, Chris Gergle, Neill and Elise Rogers, and his cousins Beau, Caroline, Emmalee, Krysta, Philip, Lily, Luke, Sadie, Sam, and Maddie. Julian was a loving son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew and friend to so many.
To know Julian was to know love. Always willing to offer a hand, stand up for his loved ones and enthusiastically hug anyone in arms reach, sharing his enormous heart with this community. Despite his ability to bring joy to others Julian was in profound pain. We hold tight our treasured memories of him.
A celebration of Julian's life will be held at 11 am on Friday, July 27th at Garber United Methodist Church, 4201 Country Club Road, New Bern, NC 28562. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Julian's honor to Women Rising Productions, a not for profit where Julian's sister Kelly is inspired.
