Dear Mom-
It's been almost 2 months now and I want you to know that I have always loved you and couldn't have been blessed with a better mom in this life! I miss hearing your voice. You were always there for me, giving me the best hugs and kisses, the most loving, wise and kind words of wisdom in my days of worry, hurt, and frustration. I can only hope that one day I will have your wisdom and kindness. I so miss you and your beautiful green eyes, beautiful smile, warm and caring voice...

My Omi was so happy and so full of life. She was a light in the lives of everyone who knew her. I remember growing up playing in her back yard. She let me and all of her grandkids tear up her yard to dig holes, climb trees, and build forts while she made us banana nut bread. She was so positive and loving and I miss her every single day. I see her eyes when I look in my fathers, and I know shes at peace now. I love you, Omi. Rest.
