I remember so many good times with June, traveling down to visit one her favorite places for hot sauce, Avery Island, and taking her and my husband to a hot sauce convention at the Pontchartrain center, they loved it had fun laughing at my trying some hot drink! She took all under her arm and loved everyone. We miss you and your smile.

I think of June all the time, I reach for my phone to call her and tell her something all the time. Was recently thinking of the time we went to the hot sauce convention and her and Ray enjoying burning off their tongues and trying to convince me that something was not hot and tasting it and burning my tongue. I smile when I think of all the adventures we had together. LOVE

Little did I know I would end up working there later in life and spending 20 years working with June. Her friendship with Debbie Singleton and dedication to Peter Mayer never ceased to amaze me. I loved hearing her stories of lunch with Peter or adventures with her husband Jay. Thank you to her family for sharing the "Gift of June" with all of us. She touched...
