Aunt Kathy was an amazing lady with such a love for life. Always in a good mood and up for a good time. I will always remember her smile and her laughter. And, very important to this nephew, she always gave the best gifts!!!

The Brownie!
As life long friends of the Vosik's, we have many fond memories to recall. One I'll never forget was when we were picnicking at a park in Millard. Everyone brought food and "Aunt" Kathy brought brownies. She and my mother Marva sampled the brownies first and instantly knew that some or most ingredients were omitted. Instead of throwing them out, Kathy called us kids over to the table and said "try my brownies, I spent all day baking them."
The first bite I took, the brownie was bland and fell apart in my mouth. Kathy said, Don't you like my brownie?
Trying to be polite, I said they are fine. She started grinning and said I could have another. As I took another bite, she couldn't hold in her laughter, and she said "you are so polite, bless you, but throw that nasty brownie away!" I can still hear her laughing.
Kathy loved life and lived it to the fullest. She brought joy and laughter to everyone she touched. I love you "Aunt Kathy" and I am so sad for losing you here on earth. But I am so happy you are with Mike and you are free of pain. Soon, all of us will be together again, although , next time, I'll bring the brownies!
All of our love, prayers, and blessings will be with you and your family forever.

My deepest sympathy for your loss. I worked with Kathy at the Corps and had not thought of her in a long time until I saw the notice in the paper. Even after so long, the first thing I thought of when I saw her notice was her laugh and great sense of humor!

Bob, I was saddened to read of Kathy's passing. Our mothers were residents together at Heritage Pointe for a time and I bumped into Kathy there again. I fondly remember our fun vacation to the Bahamas on the sailboat with Kay and Marilyn so many years ago. She was always ready for a good time!
My sympathy and prayers for comfort and peace for your family.
Sincerely,
Bonnie Berg Daubman

My deepest sympathy to those that loved Kathy. Her very kind heart will be missed.
Just seeing this beautiful picture of her reminds me of the love that she gave to others. She was always so much fun to be with. May you treasure your memories.
My fondest memory of being with Kathy was riding in the backseat of her Punch Bug Volkswagon with Michael, Danny, Coni Lynn, Charlie, Chris, Pam & cousin Lori, while her partner in crime, sister Connie sat in front. The car was packed. Those two laughed the whole way to where we were going! Which is of course, made all of us laugh. As I recall, we all had our swimming suits on and had a blast spending the day at a nearby lake. Of course there was no room for beachbags and all; the trunk in front was packed with coolers, beach towels and whatever else we had in there.
You just knew that when you were with Kathy, you were going to laugh!
Much love and many fond memories.
