Kay Parker

Great advocate for low cost housing.

Kay was a small, but powerful and noiseless motor who delivered an infectious desire for others in her circle to create channels to help the "have-nots".
We worked together on the Housing Commission for many years, trading Chair and Vice Chair until my callings lead me elsewhere. She was a fearless warrior with keen insight, deep perception and a vision that has benefitted the entire Oceanside community. Her passing is noted with great regret and I will miss her.

Kay was a sweet person. She was hard-working; never shirking any challenge. My prayers are with Dick in his loss.

Kay was one of my favorite people.....she never ran away from a fight...and was the person I always wanted on my team..........

Kay was a special person, so caring about all. She fought for the less fortunate and for HIV/AIDs housing. She will be missed tremendously! Condolences to Dick and the family.
