STEWART, Keith "Buddy" Flint Age, 82, died Friday, April 7, 2017 at his residence. Funeral service will be held 12 Noon Friday, April 14, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Pastor Chad Montague officiating. Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation 11am Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to son, Mark Stewart. Keith was born in Flint on March 24, 1935. Keith served in the United States Air Force in 1951-57 as a Sergeant. He retired from IBEW #948 as a Journeyman Electrician after 30 years. Surviving are children, Mark (Robbie) Stewart of SC, Chris (Julie) Stewart of MI, Darla (Dennis) Appel of FL, Troy (Kim) Stewart of MI, Rebekkah Stewart of MI and Todd Stewart of MI; 20 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters, Jackie, Elaine, Sally and Virginia; many nieces and nephews. Keith,and my brother, Tommy used to run around together when they were young guys,before they both went in the service,I do remember him coming over to our house when we were all kids,he lived 2 street north of us on Stewart Ave,I thought of him like a big brother to,God all of his family
