Kenneth was born on January 14, 1952 and passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017. Kenneth was a resident of Lafayette, Louisiana at the time of passing. He was a graduate of De La Salle High School and the University of New Orleans. He served in the US Air Force as a pilot. Family and friends are invited to join in a celebration of his life at the home of Wayne and Anne Daigle on Saturday January 28 at 11:00 AM. Donations may be made to Hospice of Acadiana St Judeâs Research Foundation or the American Cancer Society.

Annie Laurie: I have known your Dad over the last 37 years. I also, grew-up in West Monroe(Northeast) Louisiana during the late 1950-ties and early '60-ties among Members of the Daigle Family in Saint Paschal's Catholic Church and Parocial School. Those were Grandfather SID & Marie's AUNT VELMA, Dr. Steve Daigle, M.D. with his children Sharon and Bruce Daigle - one of my childhood "best friends."

My condolences to the Daigle family. I only knew Kenny for a short time but in that time, I knew him to be kind, funny and loved life. May he Rest In Peace. May you find comfort your memories of Kenny.

I knew Kenneth for only a short time as I was living in Rome and would come home occasionally to visit my father and his wife, who was Kenneth's mother-in-law. He was charming and made me always feel at ease. May you rest in peace, Kenneth.

He was a great cousin and a true warrior. His spirit was truly amazing and GOD bestowed his blessings through his disease. His disease enlightened my spirit and was glad I was able to be part of his journey through his darkness. I truly will miss his daily text messages that were filled with hope, love, and compassion.
