Not sure what to say?

Time sure flys Kurt... I hope your still making music for all. xxx scott EVans, [email protected]

It's been a while and we still miss you my friend. There will be a Florida jazz vibraphone summit March 28, 2018 we'd like to dedicate it to you. Sorry the one we were planning with you for 2016 never happened.

This evening I heard a song that reminded me of Lori and Kurt. Lori was always so good with my sons when we visited. This holiday time of year always makes me remember their music and their love. I still miss them. Ruth Blackard Fox 757 377 0880 Tampa, Florida

So sorry to hear about Kurt's passing. We wr were very good friends In the 70's when I worked as a photographer in the clubs he was playing , and how I loved his music!!! and him!! Kurts mom gave me a picture , actually a portrait of Kurt in his army uniform , and I colored it as it was in sepia, and I worked on that type of photo- well, I moved to San Diego and never got to give her the picture, but I sfill have it and if a family member or .Ike Reeves, if you see this you may remember me, I...

I knew Kurt about a decade+... we had many mutual musician friends... I only found out when I referred a friend to him and they said his number never answered. He was a stand up guy, & always did his best. I used to give him hell for smoking... he always said, "I know". Kurt RIP buddy. Scott/[email protected]

I tried emailing Kurk but my messages we're returned. Did not know he passed. When ever I needed a background track ASAP Kurk was there for me. He was the best an will be missed. Tony

My deepest aloha to Kurt. I have been looking trying to call him. It seemed strange that he didn't answer. My Mom, Kahala Lyman, and Kurt, were very dear friends. They were reunited a few years ago, after many years of being apart. They reminisced about their love of music and their days as fellow performers in the Mickey Lyman Revue at The South Pacific in Hallandale. If anyone has any of Kurt's photos from that time, I would really appreciate hearing from you. I can be reached at...

Oh no, Uncle Kurt's 2015 Christmas Card was returned to sender, me! The USPS stickered it "deceased". My dad had a sister Lori that married Kurt. Kurt was the only musician that I knew. Every time we visited him in FL we made music on this keyboard. I stopped by some of their road trip shows in Lake City, FL and Tallahassee, Fl. Lori and Kurt were wonderful people, taking in my grandmother into their small home in her later days. I remember picking oranges in there back yard and making...
