Not sure what to say?

I was a substitute teacher at Kiser Middle school 40 years ago. Dr. Anderson was one of the assistant principals. He would call me quite frequently to come in and sub at the school. He was an awesome administrator and a heck of a guy.

I often think about Dr. Anderson and what an amazing person he was and how well he treated everyone no matter what there lot was in life. You are indeed missed by so many.

Deborah, I am so sorry to hear about Dr. A. He was a very kind man. Every time I saw him, he always talked about his beautiful, smart wife. I am so glad that I got to meet you. Please give me a call or email. I would like to stay in touch with you. 336-266-2141 or [email protected]

An amazingly accomplished life: athlete to coach, Captain in Navy Intelligence as well as PhD counselor, published author of books and Dr. A's guidance. North Carolina Principal of the Year. All that and Lane still worked in time to guide Mebane businessmen regardless of race or color, time to regularly drive to his high school dinner mini-reunions, time to parent and love his family. These rare achievements are what true friends remember of a life given so freely to others. Well done...

Reading God's word of hope for those who have passed on is faith building and encouraging. John 6:40. He has given us the wonderful hope of life without end at last. John 3:16.

My deepest sympathy to the family for the loss of your loved one. May you find in knowing the promises of our loving and caring God and his son Jesus Christ. Jn.5:28-29.

may the God of all comfort strengthen your family during this time of deep sorrow. those who pass on God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. Psalms 116:15

Dr. Lane Anderson was affectionally known as "Dr. A". He also was known as The Dr.OZ between Raleigh and Mebane.

He interested me in The "Mustang Monday's" This is a group of classmates from The Class of 1963 at Myers Park High School in Charlotte. This congenial group welcomed me. I was attending my Senior Year. I graduated and left my New Jersey friends in Ridgewood.

Lane came to The Lebanon UMW in Mebane. He was a Guest Speaker to say, "Marriage is NOT a bed of Roses!"...

I will always remember Dr. Anderson for his kindness he showed me when he hired me to work at Sedalia Elem. He was always pleasant and positive. Over the years I would think of him and wonder how he was doing. Rest Easy, Dr. A.
