Larry Stephen Voie

You will always live in our hearts and prayers.

I dedicate this poem which I wrote in memory of my good friend Larry.

What if the world wasn't blue,
And it had no shades of grey,
What if the sky was always sunny,
And the clouds didn't get in the way.

What if the world was filled with laughter,
And we didn't think about our pain,
Wouldn't the world be better,
Than the one we know today.

What if the miles between us,
Disappeared one summer day,
Maybe one day they...

Voie family,
Larry was a wonderful guy, I can rememeber the time at legion Golf course when he hit a a hole in one, what a shot.
Larry had another great thing about him at the golf course and that was is flashy socks.
I didn't know Larry real well but what I did know was that he was fun to hang out with.
Larry will be deeply missed. Best regards to the Voie family.

Dear Family,
It broke my heart to read of Larry's passing.
I worked with Larry at DSHS, both in Mountlake Terrace and Everett. The one thing I remember best was Larry's caring about everyone and you never passed him without hearing a warm "Hello". His work with children was an obvious calling for him as he was incredibly kind, understanding and had their heart.
A kind and tender heart is gone and the world seems a little colder but the memory of a soft and gentle heart...
