Read MoreI worked at San Joaquin General and new Dr. Frank because he would come into the transcription pool quite often. He was so respected by all who knew him. I remember he had a cat and I was searching for a name for my new cat, but I really did not like the name Mehetibel which was his cat´s name at the time and one of his suggestions. RIP Dr Frank!
