Living Spirit Dishgarden

Nora and family, Im so saddened to hear about the loss of your father. Seeing the beautiful and touching photographs that you have shared and hearing of his life and your relationship with him has shown me how truly remarkable and good a person he was, and what a beautiful soul to join God in Heaven.

You and your family will be in my prayers as you attempt to process this loss. My love goes out to you my kind, kind friend.

Always your friend,

Lara

Extending heartfelt condolences and prayers of comfort to the Donahue family. Knowing there is a future for those we have lost can be very reassuring during this difficult time. John 11: 24 & 25

Dear Dad,
I love you very much! I will miss you so much! You were the greatest dad ever! Thank you for always being there for my family in times of need. You taught me how to be a competitor and how to help others by always being a stellar example through helping the community and a devout Catholic. When I was little, I can honestly say I had the best dad because you always included me and we would go on drives through the neighborhood and we would talk about historical events and...

Very sorry for your loss, Nora. I didn't know your dad and never got the chance to meet him, but I know him through you. You are a testimony to his legacy. Lots of love to you.

Uncle Leo was such a fun uncle for the Arizona Donahue cousins.
We all have wonderful memories, the VW convertible, waking him in the mornings and endless games and teasing.
Our best wishes and prayers for our California cousins

We know how difficult these last few days have been for all the family as we express our deepest sympathy over the passing of your beloved father/grandfather, Leo. It was our pleasure to have gotten to know him through dinners and parties at your lovely home and through our many talks about his early life in Alhambra and the San Gabriel Valley, raising the four kids with Norine, his working life and kitty companions. May the love, light and memories from family and friends provide comfort in...

We were all newly married couples in 1963. The husbands worked at Douglas Aircraft in Culver City and would meet at Leo & Reen's house on Venice beach to play volleyball then go to Hinano's for drinks and food. We were each other's family and raised our kids together. So many wonderful memories over 50 plus years. Rest in peace, my friend.
