Read MoreRoy was a great asset to Cypress Village. As the first President of the CVPOA he volunteered many long hours to insure the association got off to a stong and successful start. Barb and I had the priviledge of serving with him for a great number of years. We were blessed to have such a kind and giving man in our midst. Rest in peace.
