Lesa Robinson

Lesa Robinson, 57, of Creston, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025, at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare.

Lesa was born on Oct. 3, 1968, in Barberton to Ray “Bobby” and Rita (Damron) Adkins and graduated from Millard High School in Pikeville, KY. On Feb 4, 1989 she married James Robert Robinson and James preceded her in death on June 18, 2023. Lesa had worked at Kellogg’s in Pikeville where she was a tow motor operator and had worked in the guard shack. She enjoyed playing games on her tablet, cookouts, picnics and gardening. Lesa loved her little dog, Nessa and she will be greatly missed.

Surviving are her two children, Rita May and Jordan and his wife Alyssa Robinson both of Lexington, KY; her four grandchildren, Haley, Abigail, Liam and Oliver May; her mother, Rita Adkins of Creston; a sister, Beverly Adkins of Creston; a brother, Michael and his wife Trisha Adkins of Lexington, NC and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James; her father, Ray “Bobby” Adkins, and sisters, Roberta Anderson, Susan Woodring and her twin sister, Laura Chaney.

Friends may call Friday, Oct. 31st from 4-5 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston where Pastors Dennis Elkins, Eddie Wallen and Larry Newsome will conduct services at 5:00 p.m.
