Not sure what to say?

To the family of my dear friend and former colleague Lois, my deepest condolence to all of you. Lois was a special person, I met her when I first became a teacher at Malvern school in Shaker Heights, Sept. 1970. We had many good years and experiences together. I had the pleasure of being Tom's teacher, what a joy that was especially with his mother being in the building. I am sorry that I lacked communication with Lois during the past 3 years. May she rest in peace and what a beautiful...

Dear Family of Lois, I was saddened to know of your mother's death. I remember her well--we taught together at Malvern School in Shaker. I greatly respected her teaching and her love for her students who in turn cared for her. She will be missed by friends and former colleagues. May you find solace in the life you led together. Love, Mary Krogness

You could tell how much she cared for children, and she treated them like one of her own, I imagine. I didn't work with her at school often, but she was a presence I've never forgotten.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

As a reading specialist myself I came in contact with Lois. She was s superb professional- so knowledgeable. I'm glad our paths crossed.Carolyn bruce

My deepest condolences to Ms. Markt's family. I was privileged to have her in fourth grade at Malvern. I remember her as a teacher who set high standards, and her passionate devotion to learning and her inspiring presence made us believe that we could meet them. My mom, Lois Brucken, was PTA President at that time and also knew her well. Thank you, Ms. Markt, from one teacher to another.

Dear Lynne, Julie, Laura, and Tom,
Sending you my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your mother. She was, and will continue to be, a special part of our family. She was such a dear, cherished friend.
