Lorena Lois Givens, 96, of Wichita Falls, died on Monday, April 20, 2015.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2015, in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home with Mr. Gil Peters officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
A daughter of the late Beaulah Willis (Colston) and Irvin Bob Burchett, Lorena was born on July 2, 1918, in Marietta, Oklahoma. She worked many years as a cashier at Safeway prior to her retirement.
Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husbands, James Horton and Roy Givens; son, Jimmie Horton and his wife, Pauline; and grandson, Kevin Horton and his wife, Jackie.
Lorena is survived by her son, Ronnie Givens, of Wichita Falls; daughters, Lynda Smith of Cushing, OK and Karen Garrett, of Bentonville, AR; daughter-in-law, Jan Horton; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
