Not sure what to say?

Miss you mom and dad every day. I have learned that I will always feel this way. Partially because of our close connection and the way you died. I will always love you and miss you deeply-jen

Lorne was simply the best friend I have ever had in my life. I met Lorne in 10th grade while we were in NJROTC. During 11th and 12th grade we were inseparable. Lorne was even the Godfather of my first child. After high school our lives went in different directions, Lorne to the Marines and me to the Army. After we got out of the military we got together only a few times. The reason we never got together was a result of a series of bad decisions on my part for which I now feel profound regret...

My heart is broken over this loss. Rene and I met while working at the same law firm in 1984. Jennifer was a baby. We remained in touch no matter where she was living in the world. I shared many wonderful times with Rene, Jennnifer and Clare. She was a dear friend. I got to know Lorne mostly by telephone and I had the honor of meeting him once. They were a great couple and Rene finally seemed "complete" upon marrying him. Be strong Jennifer. You were truly the light in your mothers' life and...

Ross,

I am so sorry for the loss of your brother. Such a tragedy. My prayers are with you and your family.

The shock of finding out that this terrible accident took the lives of Lorne & his wife was tremendous. Lorne will always be remembered by the NJROTC cadets of Anoka, Blaine & Spring Lake Park as a fun loving guy. Even in High School he was always there to help with whatever he could. I know I speak for many of the "ROTC" alumni when I say that Lorne will be missed. Our prayers are with Lorne's daughters, brother and parents as well as the family of Rene. May God bless you and keep you, may...

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the families of Lorne and Rene. Rene was a very friendly, warm, caring, down-to-earth person. She was "real." Rene was always herself--she never put on airs. That is what I liked about her the most. She will be missed very much!

Dear Jenny, Kahla, Pat, Clara, and all of Lorne and Renee's frends and family. These two people were the most friendly, kind, helpful, people I ever knew. I loved them both very much even though it was only the last few years that I've gotten to know them. I will remember Lorne for his laughter and kindness and Renee for her caring nature and lovely personlity. Lorne was the best "boss" in the whole wide world. It is clear that many people will miss the both of them very much.

JEN, Over the years I've shared many lunches with your mother when my mom (Judy) would drag me along. I always loved seeing your mom; she kept me in stitches. She had the most happy & gentle spirit of anyone I've ever met. She was also one of the most determined & strong women I've had the pleasure of knowing. Although you & I have never met, I feel like I know you because your mom spoke so wonderfully of you. The last time I spoke to her, she said how very proud she is of you and she was "so...

I was Lorne's supervisor. It was effortless to supervise Lorne because he was so proud of his work and would do anything to do a good job. I am very proud and a better person for having known and worked with Lorne. My prayers are with Lorne's and Rene's children and families.
