Lucille Elizabeth Hatton

Lucille was a great inspiration and example to me and many others. Her sweet spirit and laugh brightened up any gathering. My memories of her will be forever filled with love for this sweet lady.

Lucille loved family and church. She was happiest when surrounded by her children and grandchildren. I'll always remember family dinners and temple trips to Louisville --seeing Lucille smiling and dressed in white. She was 100% committed to her calling, even though at times she was in tremendous knee pain. People all over Kentucky told me how much they enjoyed working with Lucille in the temple. This may sound strange but every time I boil eggs I think of her. She was the one who told me put them in a pan of cold water bring to a boil turn off the heat cover with a lid and wait 15 minutes and they will be perfect. I have many more happy memories of Lucille and Woody and their children.. She was a special lady. Her and mom were good friends. Her beautiful voice and leading the singing at church meetings. I can not mention them all but she was loved y all.
